FAQ
1. How do multi-day tasks appear on the Calendar?
Multi-day tasks span continuously across the calendar grid.
Explanation:
- A task scheduled across multiple days (e.g., from June 11 to June 17) appears as a continuous horizontal colored bar stretching across those date cells on the Month view.
2. Why am I unable to find a specific task or meeting on my Calendar?
If an expected event does not appear on your view, filter settings or view modes may be hiding it.
Possible Causes:
- Active Tag, Event, or Assignee filters are excluding the item.
- You are currently viewing the wrong month or date range.
What You Can Do:
- Clear all selections inside the Tag, Event, and Assignee filter dropdowns.
- Click the Today button or use the navigation arrows (
</>) to return to the month where the event was scheduled.
3. What is the difference between creating a "Task" and a "Meet" item?
The calendar accommodates both work items and collaborative schedules.
Explanation:
- Task: Focuses on work deliverables, linking start/end date ranges to specific projects and tags.
- Meet: Focuses on timed calendar events, capturing specific start/end times, attendee list tags (People), and agenda attachments.
4. Why is the "Create" button disabled inside the creation modal?
The confirmation button remains inactive until all required scheduling metadata is provided.
Possible Causes:
- Mandatory fields (such as Title, Project, or From/To dates) were left empty.
- The "From" date is configured later than the "To" date.
What You Can Do:
- Ensure all text fields and dropdowns are filled out correctly.
- Verify that your Start Date occurs on or before your End Date.
5. Why am I seeing a 500 Internal Server Error on the Calendar page?
A 500 error indicates a server failure while retrieving or saving schedule data.
Possible Causes:
- Temporary server connection timeout or database error while fetching calendar entries.
What You Can Do:
- Refresh the page after waiting a few minutes.
- Sign out and log back in to refresh your user session.
- Contact technical support if the issue persists.
6. Why am I getting a 403 Access Denied error when trying to create an event?
Creating or modifying calendar events requires active user authorization.
Possible Causes:
- Your assigned role has view-only permissions for the selected project calendar.
- Your session token has expired.
What You Can Do:
- Sign out and log back in.
- Request event creation permissions from your project administrator.
