I can't create a team.

Possible causes:

• Required fields are incomplete.
• A project has not been selected.
• A team lead has not been selected.

Solution:

• Complete all required fields.
• Select a project.
• Select a team lead.
• Click Create Team again.

The Create Team button is disabled.

Possible cause:

Required information has not been entered.

Solution:

• Complete all mandatory fields in the Create Team modal.
• Once the required fields are completed, the Create Team button will be enabled.

I can't find an employee while adding members.

Possible causes:

• The employee does not exist.
• The employee is inactive.

Solution:

• Verify the employee has been added to the organization.
• Check that the employee is active.
• Use the search bar to search by employee name.

The selected members are not added.

Possible cause:

The Add New Members button was not clicked.

Solution:

• Select the required employees.
• Click Add New Members to confirm the selection.
• Verify that the member count is displayed on the Add Members button.

I can't edit or delete a team.

Possible cause:

You do not have sufficient permissions.

Solution:

Contact your system administrator to verify your access rights.

I accidentally deleted a team.

Possible cause:

The deletion was confirmed.

Solution:

Deleted teams cannot be restored from the Teams screen. Contact your system administrator if the team needs to be recreated.
