FAQ
1. Why is the "Submit Support" button disabled or not sending my ticket?
If clicking Submit Support does not send your request:
Possible Causes:
- Mandatory fields (such as Support Type, Subject, or Description) were left blank.
- An invalid email format or incomplete phone number was entered under Contact Information.
What You Can Do:
- Ensure all required fields (marked or highlighted) are completed.
- Verify your email address and phone number formatting.
2. How do I know when my support ticket has been answered?
Once submitted, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your support ticket reference number. Our support team will reach out via your selected Preferred contact method (Email or Phone).
3. What file types can I attach to my support inquiry?
You can attach screenshots (.png, .jpg), documents (.pdf), or diagnostic logs (.txt, .csv) to help our team resolve your issue faster.
4. Why am I seeing a 500 Internal Server Error when submitting a ticket?
A 500 error indicates a temporary server disruption while creating your ticket.
What You Can Do:
- Copy your entered description text so you do not lose it.
- Refresh the page after a few minutes and re-attempt submission.
- Contact technical support directly if the issue persists.
5. What happens if I click Cancel while filling out the form?
Clicking Cancel resets all input fields, clears uploaded file attachments, and closes any open dropdown menus without saving or submitting your request.
